We invite you to Come and See
We offer you different ways to discern a call to religious life and ways to get to know the Sisters of Divine Providence. These include:
• Attend a Retreat Weekend
A weekend event for single women, 18 years and older, who are considering
religious life.
• Attend a Visioning Weekend
Imagine what your future could look like in religious life.
• Attend a Reflection Day
Prayerfully look at God’s call to live holiness, community, and service.
For women exploring vowed life and young adult associates who wish to support
them.
• Participate in a Service Mission
Providence moves at the speed of love; Spend time serving the poor and share
community and prayer as you learn more about the vowed life and about young
adult associates.
• Visit Quest
House
Interested women have an opportunity to see what religious life is like
without joining the community. Come for a day, a weekend, or a month. See
who we are and who you are with us.
• Schedule a Visit with a Sister of
Divine Providence
We look forward to meeting you.
• Attend a Life
Awareness Weekend
Join a group of men and women, ages 18-50, for presentations, group discussions,
private consultations, and prayer to find out what it’s like to be
a Catholic priest, sister or brother, to see whether you might have a vocation
to the priesthood or religious life and to learn how to respond to that
calling.
• Schedule a Convent Visit
Come see where Sisters live and pray.
• Schedule a Visit in Your Area
We are happy to visit church groups or individuals who want to promote or
learn about vocations.
