Sister Ann Regina Ross

Sister Ann Regina Ross, CDP, entered eternal life on May 22, 2018 at the age of 87. She was the sixth of seven children born to Alfred and Alice Verret Ross. Sister Ann Regina was born in Berwick, Louisiana but grew up in Pineville. She answered God’s call to become a woman religious in 1950. Her desire to be a catechist led her to enter the novitiate of the Missionary Cathechists of Divine Providence. Her final discernment led her to make perpetual vows with the Sisters of Divine Providence (CDP) on July 31, 1969. Having worked as a Catechist in parishes since 1957, Sister Ann Regina began her CDP ministry as a Director of Religious Education in St. Augustine Parish in Isle Brevelle, Louisiana in 1967.
