Sister Virginia Lee Vanderlick, CDP entered eternal life on June 10, 2018 at the age of 90. Her parents were Henry J. and Mary Blanche Vermaelen Vanderlick. Her baptismal name was Mary Louise. Sister Virginia Lee was born on March 8, 1928 in Alexandria, Louisiana. She answered God’s call to become a Sister of Divine Providence on September 10, 1949, and professed first vows on June 22, 1952.
She was a well-known and beloved Catholic School educator for 61 years in Texas and Louisiana.
