Texas IAF Network Celebrating 40 Years

Sisters Pearl Ceasar and Christine Stephens have ministered with the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF) for many years. Many of you are familiar with the work of COPS/METRO, especially in zip code 78207. Both Sister Pearl and Sister Christine have worked with community organizations in several other Texas cities.
